Hello!   I am the business owner of Smooth Life Concierge, providing Personal and Small Business Concierge services to Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares, Leesburg and surrounding Lake County, FL areas.  I'm originally from England and am now a US Citizenship which has been an amazing experience! 

 
Most of my career has been working for large corporations in project management and business management, I have always enjoyed helping people so having this type of business is not only varied and interesting, but also very fulfilling! The inspiration came from seeing my Mother, as a recent Widow, struggle to manage her home and lifestyle and how overwhelming it all became day to day. 

In the hectic world we live in today I believe everyone needs help from time to time to get through the day. My goal is to help people in their day to day lives.  Whether you need quality time back in your day, need help with your small business, or help with a task you're struggling to do...to be able to help brings great purpose to me and my business.  My goal is to give peace of mind to my clients in knowing you will receive a  prompt, professional, efficient and friendly Personal Concierge experience to help your day go smoothly!

For small business owners, having an executive assistant can alleviate the burden of certain tasks that allows you to focus on the aspects of your business requiring your undivided attention.  With my corporate background, I provide executive assistant services to help with day-to-day tasks as needed.  My services can help with a wide range of tasks, from preparing quotes and invoices, organizing travel arrangements, preparing/mailing marketing packets to organizing files and correspondence, the list goes on!   Other services can also help with those bigger projects that you would like to outsource, such as organizing team building events, writing content for your website and social media pages and much more!
