Mon-Fri is an hourly rate of $30 with a 1 hour minimum charge.  This rate applies to tasks and projects for all home management and lifestyle management services.  

An hourly rate of $35 is charged for all small business services. 

For all services all time is billed in 15 minute increments after the 1 hour minimum

Drop Off/Pick-Up errand services are charged a flat fee of $25 within a 10 miles radius of our Eustis office.  Trips outside of the 10 miles radius incur an additional standard mileage rate for each additional mile.  

Personal Shopper services are charged at the hourly rate of $30 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Any additional time will be charged in 15 minute increments.  

There is an 8% surcharge on any goods purchased on behalf of clients.

The introductory Smooth Life Concierge Experience offers a 10% discount providing 2 hours of Personal Concierge services for $54.  Get the experience of having that second set of hands available to help make your day go smoother.   Please note, this is an introductory offer and can only be used one time by our clients and comes with a free 15 minute consultation only.

The We Have You Covered membership is available with a yearly $50 membership fee.

This package is beneficial to people who need personal concierge services on a weekly/monthly basis.  With this package comes 8 hours of personal concierge services for $210 (this price provides 1 hour of service free!).  Please note, with this package the hours must be pre-booked and distributed evenly throughout the month to ensure I can provide you with the services needed at the time of request.*  For example, 2 hours per week for four weeks.

With all discounted packages, if services requested go beyond the allotted hours of the package, the regular $30 hourly rate will be applied for any additional hours.

* The Bookings Policy below applies to all Personal Concierge package.

I also offer half day and daily rates where large chunks of time are discounted when needing assistance with a multitude of tasks (e.g. personal admin, pay bills, organize a closet, appointment management etc.).  Rates offer a 10% discount on hourly rates as follows:

Half Day Rate is $108 - half day is equal to 4 hours of services

Full Day Rate is $216 - full day is equal to 8 hours of services

Any additional hours for Half Day and Full Day services will be billed at the regular hourly rate of $30 per hour.

Although we are closed during weekends and holidays, if there is an absolute need for our Clients, then I will try to accommodate.  Weekends and holidays are charged at a higher hourly rate as follows:

• $35 per hour for Saturdays
• $40 per hour for Sundays
• $50 an hour for holidays

There is a 2 hour minimum, after the 2 hour minimum time is billed in 15 minute increments.

To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling your service.  Full payment will be required on the day the errand, task or project is completed.  

For Membership Packages full payment is required prior to the package commencement.

1. For all bookings, 24 hours notice is required.  We will, however, strive to meet your needs for any last minute bookings where we can.  
2. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the start time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 
4. Cancellation charges will be automatically charged to your credit card.

For all of the above pricing categories, travel to your location is free within a 10 mile radius of our office Eustis.  If the travel is outside this radius a mileage charge will be added in accordance with standard mileage rates 

1. For personal shopping, the start time begins at the time we leave the office and the stop time is when we leave your premises
2. For tasks where we are required to go to your home, the start time begins at the time of arrival and the stop time is when we leave your premises
3. For tasks where we are working remotely, the start time begins at the time the work element begins (e.g. research, reservations, event planning) and stops when the element of work is complete
4. After the 1 hour minimum, time is billed in 15 minute increments (ex. 15 minutes @ $30 per hour=$7.50
